Table Lakeshore

Table Lakeshore is a network of communities in Southwest Michigan that's aimed at extending the freedom and family of Jesus to those who have zero interest in what “church” has become. They are returning to the ancient roots of the Church to embrace the table, and all it represents (hospitality, inclusion, relationships, conversations etc.), as a way to declare and embody the grace of God among others.

We grabbed onto two concepts to create their unique identity: Lake Michigan and the table. You’ll notice the logo mark features the curve of Lake Michigan that is specific to their county, while a wood grain covers the inland space. With this mark we were able capture their region and table-centric ministry approach.

They have a heart to see a variety of tables form in Holland, MI (where they are located) and beyond. The woodgrain covers the broader county they find themselves in, but the heart of the wood was placed over the area where they live.

The color palette was inspired by the lake house lifestyle that you find in Michigan communities close to Lake Michigan.
